How can you increase the resiliency and efficiency of your company?
Working well requires you to be well. Creating a workplace culture with a reverence for failure is the first step towards developing a team that can deal with the rapid iterative cycles of the agile development process. In order to build a team that can recover from failures, leaders must embrace health and wellness as an organizational priority. Join Meg Dryer, VP of Consumer Experience at Cambia, to explore what it means to be well at work, and strategies you can immediately apply to your own team.
