The At-Home Workplace

Tim May, Creative Director at XPLANE

Working from home requires a different set of skills than working in an office. How can we leverage the tools and tips of experts to maximize our at-home productivity, both for ourselves and our teams?

Note: This event is now a video webinar.

Individuals at every level of a company’s structure face challenges when their worklife is disrupted, making waves through communication, productivity, management, and emotional health. How we adapt to these changes has long-term implications for our professional development and our larger workplace culture.

Tim May, Creative Director at creative strategy studio XPLANE, will be discussing his experience working with remote teams, sharing best practices and tips, and provide useful tools for navigating uncertain times in the workplace.

Join us for Design Museum Mornings as we take the conversation online in our first virtual event as we put many of the tools and tricks discussed in this informative session into practice firsthand.

Design Museum Mornings is our regular lecture series including a short presentation by a local thought-leader and great people to wake up with — meant to inspire you before your day begins and bring you closer to the Design Museum community. With COVID-19 changing so much about how we all connect, Design Museum Mornings will now go virtual! We encourage you to continue the traditions of Design Museum Mornings from your home: learn, get inspired, and participate in the webinar with breakfast and coffee at your side.
