Design Museum Mornings with David Weissburg of Fidelity Labs

We have evolved our thinking from designing for utility, to designing for a user, to designing for humans. Could design for relationships be the next step in this evolution? Join us for August’s Design Museum Mornings presentation to learn more!

Much of our design effort supports relationships or leverages connections to achieve design goals. Yet we approach this work often focused on a customer, a user, ultimately a human. Relationship-Centered Design builds on Human-Centered Design and will likely be informed by the work of coaches, community organizers, script writers, therapists, and other professionals who specialize in how people relate to one another. Consider the power of these connections, and how we might approach our work when exploring the types, stages, and goals of a relationship.

Join us along with our speaker David Weissburg of Fidelity Labs for our next Design Museum Mornings to learn how this idea is being explored and defined.  The presentation kicks off at 8:30 am on the morning of August 25th at Red Thread, and will feature audience Q&A, breakfast, coffee, and plenty of great design discussion!

Doors open at 8:30 am; Presentation begins at 9:00 am.
