Join us in welcoming Aidan Borer to the Design Museum Everywhere Board of Directors! Aidan joins the Board of Directors following his engagement on our Council and providing his expertise in developing renewed membership opportunities for the organization. We are excited for Aidan’s addition to the Board and look forward to his continued partnership in supporting the organization.

Aidan is a researcher, strategist, and designer who has spent the last ten years helping organizations grow by creating better products and experiences for their constituents. Passionate about designing sustainable, equitable solutions to systemic problems, he loves working with nonprofit and for-profit organizations in the pursuit of delivering meaningful social and commercial impact. With a degree in Industrial and Product Design from Western Washington University, Aidan began his career as an Industrial Designer at Bose Corporation, where he realized the importance of bringing real people into the process of designing the products, services, and systems that shape their reality. Today, he works as the Global Head of Service Innovation at C Space, a global Customer Agency that helps brands build deeper relationships with their customers through customer insight, co-creation, and strategic consulting.

Aidan shares:

“I am so excited to be joining the board of the Design Museum. I have long admired the organization’s dedication to design education, and relish the community of brilliant design thinkers, doers, and enthusiasts that they have fostered. I am more inspired than ever by their mission to inspire social change through the transformative power of design. Ultimately, the more we can help folks from all backgrounds recognize how design shapes their lived reality, and to realize their own capacity to practice design, the more inclusive and equitable future we get to build together.”

Members of the Board of Directors are experts in the Museum’s impact areas and design fields. They advise and support the Staff and Council, while ensuring adequate resources and strong community are available to accomplish the Museum’s mission.
