Part-time Bookkeeper/Controller

Design Museum Foundation is looking to hire a part-time Bookkeeper/Controller to work 1-2 days per week.

 

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
* Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
* Bill Pay
* Vendor management
* Credit card reconciliations
* Assist with monthly financials and expense reports
* Payroll and benefits
* Vendor contact
* Enter all deposits and expenses into Quickbooks
* Tax prep/filing

 

Requirements:
* 5+ years of recent bookkeeping experience
* Proficient in QuickBooks
* Solid Excel skills
* Ability to work at both remotely and at our Downtown Boston office
